Flex crack resistance grades SF series

High stiffness is one of the weak point of Soarnol™ especially application require flex crack resistance. Soarnol™ SF series has far higher flex crack resistance than that of conventional EVOH. After development of this grades, application of Soarnol™ became wider than before.

Relationship between flexural time vs oxygen
transmission rate

Evaluated oxygen transmission rate after flexural test.
In case of conventional EVOH, gas barrier property deteriorated after a few hundred times flexural but SF grade keeps its property even after 500 cycle flexural.
